How Confluxive collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this site or enquire about our services.
Who we are
Confluxive is a business systems automation practice operated by Ahmed Hesham Sayed Hussain AlGhoroury as a sole trader, based in Cairo, Egypt. For any privacy matter, contact privacy@confluxive.com.
What we collect
Information you give us through the enquiry form — name, company, work email, phone number, the systems you use and the workflow you describe. Basic technical information collected automatically, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP address. Correspondence you send us by email.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an assessment of the workflow you described, arrange and hold meetings, deliver services under a signed agreement, and keep records required for accounting and legal purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without consent.
Legal basis
Where Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, where we provide services to clients established in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR respectively applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, performance of a contract to deliver services, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligation for records we are required to keep.
Client system data
When we build automations, we may access data inside your own systems under a separate agreement. That access is least-privilege, logged, and used only to deliver the agreed work. Where we act as a processor of your data, the data processing terms apply in addition to this policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 730 days unless they lead to an engagement, in which case they are kept for the duration of the relationship plus 2190 days to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy in portable form, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@confluxive.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the authority designated under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, for clients in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the supervisory authority of the country in which the client is established.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The current version and its date are always shown at the top of this page.
